A word of advice for those who are looking around for a web host. Do not host with edatarack.com. I have not had any relations with them, personally, but Meeki has. You can search all you like on google to get the numerous horror stories about this company.
Meeki recently lost all of her data from them. It was a tremendous amount of work that simply went down the drain in an instant. Why did this happen? They posted some contrived announcement about how the hard drive was "compromised" and they had to put in a new one. Did they even attempt to recover data from a situation which it was likely easily recoverable? Of course not. Who in their right mind would put forth that sort of extra effort to secure their customers' data?
They claim that their low prices come from the fact that they do not make backups of the data, becuse apparently making backups is so expensive that you have to pay forty dollars a month or something. I forgot what idiotic reasoning they provided for the lack of backups.
There is no real point other than low pricing to go with a host that lacks data backup. A world where computers never crash and never get corrupted data is a dream that will proably never happen, so being backupless is one of the most idiotic things you can possible do, especially in a business where the data is crucial to your success.
When it comes down to it, edatarack is simply a host that just wants to take your money and not support your investment with dependable service. If you don't believe me, just read about their atrocious record with data loss and especially customer service. On their web page they claim "99%" uptime, but Meeki's server goes down constantly, and I've read numerous reports of similar problems from other customers.
Ah, the age of internet scamming continues.
